Who can participate:

All persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate.

Persons who are not yet 18 years of age at the time of participation, require the consent of the parents, a parent or other legal representatives to participate, which must be proven in an appropriate form at the request of WeinFeldSineu S.L..

With which motives / designs you can participate:

We, the WeinFeldSineu S.L., would like to pretend as little as possible so as not to restrict your creativity.

If you want, your name (winner of the competition) will be mentioned on the back of the wine bottle label.

​

Subjects that show pornographic, violence-glorifying, politically and religiously radical, discriminatory and / or otherwise reprehensible or offensive things are not admitted. These will be deleted by WeinFeldSineu S.L. without notice.

Deadline:

The submission phase of the wine labels lasts from 10.06.2019 to 01.04.2020.

The voting phase starts on 15.04.2020 and ends on 15.05.2020.

The prize announcement takes place on 01.06.2020.

To keep the deadline, the upload of the files on weinfeildsineu.com is authoritative.

​

Labels submitted after the submission deadline can no longer be considered.

Your prize:

The winner wine label receives a

ALL TIME RED or ALL TIME WHITE

10 year grapevine sponsorship.

​

A cash payment of the prize or any prize is excluded.

​

The winner will be notified by WeinFeldSineu S.L. via email about the prize.

The winner notification will ask the winner to inform WeinFeldSineu S.L. of the contact details for sending or transferring the prize. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the given contact data.

WeinFeldSineu S.L. is entitled to submit the required data of the winner to the cooperation partner in order to enable delivery of the prize.

If the winner does not respond within four weeks after the notification of winning at WeinFeldSineu S.L. the claim for the prize expires without replacement.

​

The wine deliveries can only be handed out to persons who have reached the age of 18 years. The wine delivery may only be accepted by persons who have reached the age of 18 years.

​

In the case of delivery abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may be charged which are not included in the prize.

Winner determination:

All grapevine sponsors from WeinFeldSineu S.L. award points for each submitted wine label, based on the points awarded a preliminary decision.

​

The Management Alexandra Grahe and Sören Grahe of WeinFeldSineu S.L. decide then on the basis of the points about the final result / winner.

​

The selection decision is not contestable.

Each participant grants WeinFeldSineu S.L. the unlimited rights of use, in terms of time, space and content, of the labels sent in for free use as part of the competition and reporting. In addition, the winner grants WeinFeldSineu S.L. the exclusive and unlimited right, both temporally and spatially, to produce and distribute the label that has been sent.

There is no claim of the participants to the publication of the labels.

​

Each participant assures that he or she has all necessary rights to the submitted label design, that the design of the label is free of third party rights and that no personality rights are violated in the representation of persons. If one or more persons are identifiable on the label, they must agree that the label will be published. Each participant will insure the above in written form upon request. Should third parties still assert claims for infringement of their rights, the participant indemnifies WeinFeldSineu S.L. from all claims.

We need the following data from you, which you communicate to us via online form:

All data mentioned above are expressly provided by the participants on a voluntary basis.

​

We use all personal data provided solely for the purpose of conducting the competition or for sending the prize.

​

If your design has been approved for participation, it will be publicly displayed on the weinfeldsineu.com website and in social media with your first name and, if desired, a link to your website or social media and made available for voting.

If your design has been approved to participate, your personal information will be retained until the competition is finalized. After the winners are determined, the data and etiquette designs of all non-winners will be deleted immediately.

You can always request information about what data we have stored about you.

You can also request the deletion of your data at any time. Then of course your participation in the competition is over.

Please also note the following:

WeinFeldSineu S.L. reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contest at any time without notice and without giving reasons.
WeinFeldSineu S.L. makes use of this possibility in particular if, for technical reasons (eg. computer virus, a program error, unauthorized intervention by third parties or errors in the hardware and / or software) or for legal reasons, proper performance of the contest is not can be guaranteed. If such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, WeinFeldSineu S.L. may demand compensation from that person for the damage incurred.

These conditions of participation can be changed at any time by WeinFeldSineu S.L. without separate notification.

Should individual provisions be ineffective, this does not affect the terms of participation as a whole. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision applies which comes closest to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision.

In a breach of the terms of participation WeinFeldSineu S.L. reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition.

​

WeinFeldSineu S.L. has the right to edit or otherwise change the winner's label.

​

The legal process is excluded.
